    St Catherine's results

First of all can I say a massive thank you to everybody who came. In particular can I give my personal thanks to Rob and Alan, the course was superb and my only excuse for my pathetic score is that I'm rubbish lol.

Seriously that was a really challanging course so the winners should be chuffed. Any way on to the results, first of all our fun events.

LONG RANGE SHOT (I can now tell you all the range was 59 yards)

Peter Fen. Killed it first shot, then did it again to prove it wasn't a fluke.
    I
SPEED SHOOT (five HFT Targets from one peg. Kills only to count and if you use a mag it comes out between shots)

    Simon Humphries in 55 seconds.

    And the main HFT

The winner of the overall shoot with a superb 55

    Damian Walker

    Ross February 52
    Duane Saunders 49
    Roy Pearce 49
    Pete Fenn 48
    John Turnbull 47
    Alan Brooks 46
    Simon Humphries 45
    James West 44
    Nick Farley 41
    John De Lang 39
    Barbera Pearce 39
    Terry Evans 39
    Jim
    John Latham 39
    Tim Humphries (R) 35
Tarnya West (.22) 33 (all standing)

But the biggest winner of all was St Catherines. We raised £469 on the day and still have sponsorship to collect. Well done everybody who took part.

    Loads of fun

The one thingI forgot to mention was the score card draw.
Congratulations to Barbra Pearce who walked away with the BSA XL Tactical. Hope you get a lot of pleasure out of it and it was a nice birthday treat.

No problem, all corrected and great shooting with a springer.

Glad to hear you enjoyed the shoot. Hope to see you again soon. And great shooting from John. First time out, blinking good score.

A Great Day of HFT and a good cause - St Catherines

    Hi Terry,

Thanks for doing such a great job in co-ordinating such a great event.

I know that you had many helpers (Rob, Alan, Tanya, Jim, Simon ...) and my thanks go to them also.

Congratulations to Damian Walker, who was my shooting buddy on the day and a very good companion.

    Cheers, Pete

Thanks Pete but it really was a team effort so its far from all down to me.

The best news is that to date we have managed to raise £1041.87 for St Catherine's with more pledges and donations still to come in, that's the real result.

    cheers

    Terry
