    Daisy,Remington Fieldmaster.

    Hi there,this is my first posting.I have a Daisy Remington Fieldmaster bb rifle,that when you pull the loader back it wont catch.Mylocal gunshop wont touch it.Ive had it for about 8 years and it cost me £60.Anyone know anything about these,is it a scrapper or wallhanger. I have a small collection of vintage rifles and love co2 pistols.Any help or advice will be appreciated.Thank you.

    Probably fixable but finding someone who can difficult.
    Quite rare and someone is selling parts on flea by.
    Don't throw it away.
    At worst sell it to be fixed.

    Daisy Remington.

    Hi,thanks for the tip on e-bay.Iwont get rid as it is a lovely gun to handle.My local dealer said that they are all fidely screws and springs,so I suppose it goes back in the cupboard with my other projects. My next query will be about a nice Lincoln Jeffries Militia with a lovly stock.Thanks for replying.

    Those are quite rare, especially over here. So don't bin it!

    They have reputation for going wrong (maybe explains why they are rare) and were only made for a few years in the 1960s or so.

    Have you tried searching the US forums?

    All fiddly screws and springs.
    That's pretty unusual for an airgun!
