    Think I have a rimmy mod on my 17AH, very light and tiny. Proofed for 17AH so no issues.

    I recently tried my Swift Precision Nightingale on a buddy's 17 Hornet, and it was as quiet as his significantly larger new Wildcat Evolution (both mods with small apertures for .17 cal).
    Both mods made the Hornet more or less as quiet as my modded HMR.

    Would not think a rimfire moderator would be safe to use on a centrefire round, two totally different beasts in terms of pressure.
