Is it possible to fire this SAA in the "fanning" way? i.e. holding the trigger and using your other hand to pull back and release the hammer. In the same way the real SAA can be used?

Not saying I'd want to do it, just curious if it's physically possible.

It is possible and I've seen it demonstrated on Umarex promotion clips on You Tube but I wouldn't want to treat my pistol's lockwork in this way. Not sure what the point would be either, as you would need one heck of a backstop to be safe.

The old Crosman SA 6 doesn't mind a bit of fanning.
But I agree that the new ones might not stand it for long!
