The man with the golden 600

After seeing James Bond with an LP53 and that crappy golden gun with no sights, I thought why didn't he use a gold 600 ? Its a bit marmite though...

Just a tin of gold spray paint if you already have a 600.

Doh! How did they work that out? ( I was looking at my 600 and 677 and thought the one looked a bit tired so tried it in pink, blue then gold before putting a nice satin black back on it. Only a 5 minute job.)

    Hi Baz,

In my opinion the only way this pistol could look worse would be if it were engraved !

As you say though, like Marmite it's going to be loved by some.

Not sure I'd have the nerve to show up at the club with one of those!

However with those brown grips and that satin gold finish, it could make a nice closet pistol

    That's a lot better.

Gold is a niche market, see? - Only popular in Wales. As is wearing hats on Sundays.

Must admit I'm more drawn to the satin gold. This looks more like a pimp's gun

Is that bare polished metal (mostly Mazak)? How does it fair over time; does it need to be re-polished or best coated with clear coat laquer?

Guess the silver one looks good with the grey/silver grips (the Gold one looked best with brown grips).

Its my mates nickel plated version, think there are only 10 around. One of the nicest condition ones I've seen and shoots great.
