    Carbontec

    I think the new Alutec stock is so good there is no point playing about with carbon, so I think its very unlikely they will go that route again, still smarting from the last time, so very unlikely.

    Grunig make a carbon stock for their small bore and full bore actions, its serious mega money, looks pretty, don't think it shoots any better though.

    I'll ask the right man next time we are there in case they have a secret store of old carbon stocks, remember "her indoors" has an LG400 in a stock that at the time they did not put it in, and they helped us build it then, and later had it as a special order.

    I just love the one off blue Carbontec LG400 they did, I have a press release pic of it, if someone knows how to put up pics, I can email it to them.

    Please send me the picture of the blue LG400 Carbontec!

    Perhaps they made a couple of spare blue carbon stocks that they would be pleased to get rid of by flogging them to us old codgers ?

    It would be doing them a favour really
