The Crosman is a 1377 pump-up, made between 1977 and 81 with a metal breech, and 1981-96 with a plastic breech (which yours looks like). If it works well now, all it needs is a drop of Crosman Pellgunoil on the pump washer, pivot points and breech seal every 500-1000 shots. You should be able to download a manual from Crosman's website.
The Webley is an early (1978-81) Tempest. (Later ones say "WEBLEY TEMPEST" on the fore-end.) All it should need is a dab of oil on the pivots on the barrel/cocking assembly once in a blue moon.
