As long as it is not the modern HW50 which is actually an HW99 iirc.

Just out of interest, what did the beech 55t stock sell for Gavin ?
To my knowledge there are 10 different types of Hw55 stocks.
I've always wondered why the T stock is the most sort after ?

Pretty sure it was walnut, not beech?
It sold for 70 euros, which is a little over £60, plus £13 shipping to UK, plus currency conversion/transfer cost.
I think the HW55T is a very attractive rifle, hence the interest in them. Not everyone's cup of tea, I know.
Actually, looking more closely at the ad, I think the stock is missing a small corner of wood just behind the breech lock lever cutout.
