Hi all...now in know the guns require an FAC and cannot be sold, even between licence holders...
but what about the old air carts for them? I have found 5 plus an old speed loader...can I sell them or is it a case of hand them in?
cheers all

cool thankyou...
in that case the next quezzie has to be...
what would 5, in reasonable condition and seemingly holding air...although only checked at low pressure...with a speed loader...be worth for sale?
cheers

they are .22 if that makes any difference...
Interesting question as I think we have some around, plus seal sets plus leather holster plus what we think is a TAC speedloader 'belt rig' that we might sell if the price was tempting.
Cheers, Phil
You can still get them new, but assuming they are standard all brass ones (is nose & end cap brass) in good condition I'd say about £15 posted.
Going rate for 2nd hand tacs is approx £2-£3 each depending of which model they are ( not all are equal)
There are internal differences and which model you want depends on what pressure you are going to run them at.
Gun control means using both hands.
That's a very bold statement, indeed! There are many very sensible airgunners on here who clearly saw the menace of those wicked TAC guns and were relieved when they were taken out of circulation by a responsible government. They all sleep more soundly at night now,and the deafening tap, tap, tap, tapping of them hammering nails into their own coffins doesn't disturb their slumber in the slightest!

I was living in the South East when the ban came about and I know lots of owners took the guns to France to leave them at gun clubs for occasional use, or to bring back when/if the government saw sense.
If you are one of these people give me a shout, there are plenty of Frenchies who would happily buy them from you.

I had one of the original Orion 6 .177 revolvers, great fun it was and mine was accurate, but very frustrating in only having 12 cartridges at the time.
I sold it on but as more designs became available and with talk of a magazine fed rifle I bought 24 cartirdges in .22 with no gun then the VCR act was announced so I gave up but kept the cartridges

I bought anfair selection including a custom made AK variant and a no4 enfield amongst others.
One of the rarer ones in an 8mm beretta 92f which uses crown tacs. Its unusual in that it actually fires semi auto cycling the slide an ejecting spent tacs. Superb fun. I missed a glock17!version sadly.
There was a chap posting on here that made a cycling m16 that ran on tacs. Amazing engineering.
