Ideal mv for 10m target shooting?

What is a good velocity for 10m target shooting with a pcp?
I have recently bought a used Alfa Proj which has quite a small cylinder so the shot count isn't great. I'm currently using Hobby's until I get used to it and they are leaving the barrel at around 450 fps. How low can the mv be without affecting the accuracy?
    Thanks,
    Gary.

I'd keep it at >=400fps to ensure clean holes are punched in the target.

Most target pistols seem to be nearer 500 fps to keep the lock time down without being affected by recoil caused by the 'jet' effect.
Lower volocities will work, but increase the demand on the shooter to keep still and follow through

I wouldn't go too low for the reasons mentioned. BTW your gun seems to be shooting spot on @ 3.15 ft.lbs so I wouldn't be going altering things if I were you.
The low shot count is the result of adapting the original design of the Alfa for a CO2 capsule to an air cylinder.

Matchpistols are set at optimum velocity from factory. Wouldnt alter it.
Yes, thats a downside of the pcp Alfa Proj. Thats why I only recommend it in co2 trim.
