Interesting to see this second BSA target doesn't have that error on the brass name plate, John.

the no83 target has the
same brass/bronze bell
same bess spring
same nut and threaded rod
same looking steel rods
same face plate stampings
but its brass plate has heavier heads on the brass rivets also the "frame" around the brass name plate looks slightly higher !!
and of course the B.S.A. and no84 target has the B,S,A. !!
