Preferred Pellets for a .177 "Silver Star" ?
Hopefully, I'll be taking ownership of the above very soon and was wondering what pellets the said pistol would like ?
I'm not intending to do matches or competitions here but I would like to be as accurate and consistent as possible on a 10m range with paper targets !
Thanks.

They like flatheads.
Gecos or hobbies.
Just shoot it a lot before you attempt serious stuff.
You need to get used to each other!

Gecos seem to work well in my .177 black star and are nice and cheap for plinking.

Well, viewing the website of the popular airgun emporium in that NW seaside town with the "Iron Tower", it looks like they have a good selection of Flat Head .177 pellets ranging from £3.79 H&N Econ's to JSB Match at £10.50 for 500 !
Middle of the Roaders" are Crosman Matchpell at £8.95, RWS R10 Match at £6.98, Napier Power Target at £6.95 and RWS Supermag at £5.70 for 500.
The other cheaper brands are RWS Hobby at £3.99, Geco at £3.95 and Bisley Practice at £4.99 for 500.
Probably go for the Hobby's as I can get them locally !

My Silver Star seems to like H&N. Finale Match Pistol for paper punching, and have used Field Target Trophy for plinking.
