Not bad at all, Peter.
Very nice job - who did it?

Magnificent.
Cracking job Peter. That same engineer is currently fitting original sights to my Lee Enfield No 4/Airsporter.
I've handled the 'new' No 12 of Peter's and it really is of excellent quality. A proper hand made version of a classic sight.

Currently looking for Baikal Makarov pistols with the following prefixes to the serial number: 98, T01, T09, T21, T22
Prefer boxed or cased but will consider loose examples too.
What a great job, he could find him self in demand.
Very nice indeed. There's nothing quite like 'old school engineers' when it comes to renovating BSAs properly.

Truly Wonderful job Pete - bordering on a work of art I'd say
Some peoples skill makes me green with envy

Is there any adjustment for windage?
Nice work,looks good!

I'll bin the files now then Peter. Great result.
Impressive! Good to know there are craftsmen still around that can produce such authentic reproductions.
A "work of Art" !
Well done Pete !

Oh no you will not!!!, this man cheats by using machinery and as a point of interest, I showed him your replacement BSA 21a sight and he was very impressed, he also told me to sod off, when I asked him if would make em
The photo does not do it justice, so many tedious parts including strips of clock spring that had to be sized and of correct tension to allow the iris to rise and fall with a certain amount of resistance.
They are not cheap but, I could not live with a rifle half naked....
