    I use H335 in both my 17 Fireball and .223, My 20" 1:12 Sako Varmint shoots 55grn Blitzkings @ 3360fps over a charge of 27grns of H335 sparked by a Federal 205M primer with no pressure signs, however i would not reccommend duplicating this load in your rifle with out careful working up, different rifles reach their pressure peaks at different levels, what is safe in one rifle may not be safe in another approach with caution.
