The Nalan swaging press is a UK made kit, using a lot of leverage rather than a hammer. Also it is fed with cut lead wire (but I suppose appropriately shaped cast lead ingots would work, provided that they were very soft lead).
I believe that the father has passed away and the son/daughter ran the business on for a while, but it seems to have faded away.

Rather than try to find ingots the right size look out for a full wadcutter bullet mould of the right size. A friend of mine used to swage his own design bullets and used the Lee tumblelube bullet as the swaging medium.
Without a doubt swaged bullets/balls will be more consistent than cast ones. Rather than use a hammer or a complex leverage system, invest in a small fly press. You will probably find one on fleabay.
In fact, if you have dies made up for the fly press you will not need any of the swaging machines that are/have been marketed.
I think it was the 3rd black powder gun digest

Found out that the die was called seneca run
If this rings any bells and some one has any pics, it would be appreciated.
