Ardesa .50 cal mini cannon - loading, firing with slowmo video

    Hi folks

I treated myself to one of those mini cannons from Henry Kranks last year and I've finally got round to doing a little video of it.
Shows loading, firing plus some footage of it going bang in slow motion. Sorry for crap slomo quality, I've only got a consumer level camera.

Video on Youtube here : https://youtu.be/DTOUesZMyKc

Yes, I know on the video I'm in front of the cannon at one point when loading instead of behind it ... *mortified*

    Thanks!

I love it! I have recently bought the .69 cal 'Old Ironsides' cannon and am in the process of 'beefing' it up by adding some weight. Hoping to have it ready for a test shoot in early June.

Ah, yes, now that is a thing of genuine beauty. I'd love one.

    1. No way I'd get the barrel into one of my cabinets
    2. My local range limits are well under the .69 cal

If you can, I'd appreciate a video showing loading and shooting!

    Regards

Yes, at 1:39 you put your balls in front of a loaded cannon. Liked and Subscribed!

Lovely. I've been making one for a couple of months now but need a .5 barrel to sleeve into a cannon looking barrel.
