Hello to All,

Forgot to emphasize that a group you shoot, is only a member of a whole family of possible groups that your rifle could shoot.

You will see this if you shoot enough ten (10) shot groups - some groups will be smaller and some will be larger than the 'norm', and most will be clustered around a central range.

I have seen many people very sad when they have shot a group that is not to their liking, and is bigger than the 'grail' group they shot once. They disregard all of the perfectly good groups that they shoot subsequently, and because of this, immediately begin to think something is wrong with them or the rifle.

Some groups you shoot with the same rifle & ammunition will be spiffingly good, some may well be crap(pier) and some will be sort of average - that is life and complex systems for you

Have fun

Best regards

Russ
