I couldn't get a fine enough view from the pictures. When it comes to engraving then its the quality of it that adds or distracts. Poor engraving can lower the price. Certainly there is a following of good engraving work. The quality and how the design compliments the piece. No idea how good this is.

Depends what disposable income you have and if engraving is worth it to you. I like it on shotguns and some rifles but I don't have the funds for the quality I admire.

My FWB65 is factory and I like it just so.

Like most of the other posters on this thread, it's not my cup of tea, but I can at least acknowledge the great skill that's gone into the work, unlike with some of the other 'improved' FWB 65s I've seem. I can also see why people think so highly of this pistol that they want to 'individualise' their own example. Some others:

If anyone on here can't live without this pistol, the seller has dropped the price massively to 690 euros (about £575 currently but could be more by the end of the day...!)
