Sent BSA a letter asking for an owners manual for my Superten & also enclosed a faulty magazine which I hoped they may be able to repair as some input on this site said they can, have given email & phone number & address & offered to pay for the manual/mag.repair but not a beep from them,I know they received the letter as I sent it recorded, guess my small amount of business was not worth their while.

I've always had excellent service from BSA, far and away the best firm I have ever dealt with, in any area of business at all, followed a very close second by Webley, Webley are superb, but BSA have always been excellent, absolutely faultless.

Seekay: I would give BSA a call about your magazine, probably some kind of error has happened that they will be falling over themselves to put right if you give them chance. Give them a call... They often fix mags free of charge, give them a call, explain the situation and I am certain that they will see you right...

Have just sent email about the owners manual & magazine but won't hold my breath as have emailed before & sent a letter & both seem to have been ignored. When I emailed Weihrach about an owners manual had it in a couple of days with complimentary slip leaflets the lot, thats what I call good service.

    Thumbs up

I enquired about buying the trigger unit from a Goldstar/Superstar the other day for my Lightning and they sell them for £17.53. That's £13 quid for the trigger unit, £2.28 VAT, and £2.50 postage.

I also mentioned about a damaged breech seal and they are sending me one FOC. BSA will continue to have me as a customer in the future.

What sort of time does it generally take BSA to respond to emails?
I made an enquiry this morning would love to know how long I should expect to wait for a response.
