    I've tried a few over the years, I've gone back to low mag scopes, but I don't have anything particularly against them either. Get a cheap one & try it out is probably the best thing to do. My only peeve is they pick up reflections from behind, & as I was shooting in barns with a lot of naked lightbulbs around, I occasionally shot at the rat with the wrong dot.

    A good red dot like an aim point is a joy to use, cheap ones are all rubbish
    A man can always use more alcohol, tobacco and firearms.
