Hola peeps
Not bad Tone, I'm not one for the heat really which is why the Missus, step-son, grand-daughter and mum-in-law are all out on the terrace in the sun and I'm indoors with a fan on where it's cooler. Also, it gives me a chance to pick up wi-if and get on here for a bit. It's good being off work though and once it cools down in the evening, I can get down the bars and have few beers whilst the ladies mooch around the shops etc, they usually know where to find me when it's time to go. As time goes quickly on hols it just means The Bash gets ever closer too !!

Never argue with an idiot. He'll drag you down to his level & then beat you with experience.

A little like you, Pauly, these days I really can't be doing with silly heat.
I used to love it, but not now.
As you say, nice to be off work, though, and I hope you enjoy visiting the bars.
Last week, in addition to Londinium on Thursday and Friday, we went to Crosby Beach. That's in Cleary Land, that is. She wanted to see some stupid bloody statues on the beach. It was really rough and cold. Highlight of the trip was I convinced her we'd come home cross country, so we did the Cat and Fiddle...lovely.
One day this week she wants to go and see some friends in Scarborough, so that'll be another trip out.
I'd much rather be in a nice, quiet little field. Boinger in hand and a pocket full of pellets. Nice, simple pleasures and so therapeutic.

We're having a little pre bash practice down here tonight, the bongo clan turned up around one pm and drinking commenced by two, were now just leaving the camp fire and retiring for the evening.
They have already cleared us out of wine and cider.
Think we need a bash type Morrison run tomorrow.
Excellent!
I hope you all have a great time.
Is The Tinster there, too?
