Springfield Air Rifle Club (CM4 0JX) will once again host the Essex Open on Sunday 10th July 2016. Open to All target shooters.
40 target course. 10 yards to 55 yards sponsored by The Air Gun Centre.
Black targets with Yellow kill zones up to 45 yards, White targets with Black kill from 46 to 55 yards. (To assist range finding for all)
Trophies for 1st to 3rd in AA, A,B,C, HFT and 1st in Springer.
Medals for best overall Lady and Junior.
Two targets from each lane with pegs provided for our HFT friends.

This is possibly the best course that I've seen at Springfield.

It caters for both HFT. and. FT.

This is the first time that only 40 targets will be out at Springfield.

No crossed strings. Some inclined shots. Some great angle shots.

Very very enjoyable day and thank you to Barry and all involved at the club for putting on a fantastic shoot,

Very interesting and challenging course and with the mix of HFT & FT shooters shooting together was very interesting,

Nice bunch of guys & girls and all friendly and harmless banter as usual and not forgetting all the pi$$taking
