    .222 rem bullet weight

    Hi all whats the heaviest and lightest bullets you reload in the above calibre ? I was advised 50 grains !!

    Im reloading 55 gr no problem

    I get my best results with 52grns and reloader 7.

    depends on yer rifles twist rate ,but most will be 50 - 55 g

    have shot everything from 40 to 60gr in three rifles

    currently using 40gr SBK over H335 and 60gr Hornady SP over N133

    its not weight its length.
    most rifles are 1:14" twist (some 1:12")
    some are verging on 1:14.5" which is certainly the case with my current sako

    been there done that!
