    Info Omega please

    Webley Omega,i need to service this gun.(less than 10ft,) i have the spring out, so now to the piston.I guess i have to take the trigger apart,unless someone knows a (trick) ,thanks in advance for your imput/advice.(note,PCP`s so much easier)

    Hi mate.. i made a walkthrough for this trigger when refurbing a theoben sirocco. Hope this helps

    Plenty do know about the Omega, but they tend to inhabit the anorak's section, so I moved the thread.

    Use your smartphone or camera, take pics before you start. However I managed to strip and rebuild with no tips or literature about 25 yrs ago so it can't be that difficult

    omega stripdown

    Just taken my Omega apart to fit new spring and service. Trigger needs to come apart and cocking link removed to get the piston out. I removed the barrel pivot screw so I could detach the cocking link .
    I found the trigger assembly to be a piece of cake to assemble [though I have built a kit car or two] and generally much easier than that on an Original mod 50 which is not difficult just a fiddle to hold together .

    Need to remove the spring from an omega. Do I need to remove the trigger unit / dismantle to do so? Mach 1.5
