Just picked up a used (but mint) Rink Grip in Walnut for a Baikal IZH/MP 46M. The shaping is far better grip than the stock grip, however the Rink grip is expensive when bought new, but is very well made and very comfortable to use, ideal if you can pick up a used one in good condition.
The adjustment for the palm shelf is very secure consisting of two screws that are to adjusted alternately, plus a locking screw once in position. It came with two screws to attach the grip to the pistol and an Allen key (for the two grip screws, and three screws in the palm shelf). I found it necessary to add a shim (of paper card) inside just make the fit 100% solid. The grip shown below is the small size and has the palm shelf fully extended (but very secure/no movement). Most folk would probably want the medium or large grip. The photos do not do it justice, it looks and feels even better in the hand.
