    No problem, Ian.

I'm sure we're all happy to support charitable shooting events and give them as much exposure as possible.

Pies, sandwiches, cakes, tea and coffee will be available.

Come and have a chat to fellow airgun enthusiasts and put faces to bbs members user names.
Nowhere to go ........in no hurry to get there; www.rivington-riflemen.uk----- well I suppose it is somewhere to go.... founded by I.J. - let down by the tainted blood scandal

Yesterdays Airgun Fair raised a total of £632.36 (the club will round this figure to £650) in aid of Cancer Research in memory of Ray Ross.
Our thanks go to everyone who attended plus Manchester Air Guns, the 'Melbourne Massive' and Fairview Community Centre. We hope to repeat this even late next year (2017).

    Thank you.

Strangely enough, I contacted Airgun World and Airgunner by e-mail before and after this event, (including a copy of the receipt for £650 from Cancer Research) and, to-date, Ive seen no mention in either magazine.
I expected the local press to be totally indifferent but its a poor do when you cant get some good publicity and support for a good cause involving airguns from the specialist magazines.
