Power 'drift' in a BSA Hornet.

Hi to all. I was hoping to pick the brains of any suitably experienced member as to whether the BSA Hornet suffered the same 'power drift' that is common to the Superten. I beleive it has similair but scaled down internals, and as a potential purchaser of a multi shot K in .177, was eager for a bit of prior warning.

    Yours K

No power shifts in the Hornet. Internals bear no resemblance to the S10. The only slightly similar part is the barrel.

Only problem in the Hornet was the hammer which has been rectified in later models. BSA I believe sorted all the earlier ones free

It was the hammer carrier which should have been delrin but a supplier gave them a batch of nylon ones. As said it was very early on.

    Thanks for the above.
