    Steyr LP5 magazines

    Is there an alternative source for these? £35 each seems a little steep for a tiny bit of ally...

    When you compare their price with the price for air rifle mags it's not so bad. They are quite high precision things as far as I know the pellets are shot from them without being transferred to the barrel so they have to line up well and be a good seal.

    Look at it as paying for the engineering rather than the metal!

    Oh yes I understand they are well engineered (or rather precision made), but I just wondered if there was only one source...
