I am visiting the Cornish freak next weekend Mick so will probably just turn up at yours on the 1st and stay for a fortnight (unless you can get another one of those court orders to move me on)

And by way of a quick update,

All the targets are painted and ready to go.

I've mown the range and the top half of the campsite today --- we only need the campsite from the tap up.

I've been sorting the bonfire wood out, and have two trailers full, with plenty in reserve.

I've bought a propane reg and 15kilo bottle for thr BBQ, so that's that sorted.

Blackbaronfish, Boris the blade and myself have been doing a bit of plinking at Quigley hollow today --- just to make sure it's all set up properly like.

I still have the generator and floodlights to sort, but I can sort that lot in my workshop at night.

So everything's under control here, Folks.

    All the best Mick
    Excellent!

You're a star, you really is.

And nice for you to get a plink in too!

There'll be a fair few more jump in also.

Well gents (and any ladies attending), Just sent my deposit to Mr F and look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday. BBF and Rick, I will bring the air rifles with me for you to collect (and a few others besides to play with). On a separate note, is there a sales thread for this bash? I was planning on offering a rather nice Meteor (cadet) for sale, fitted with a standard peep sight.

You back here yet, or you still living the dream over there?
The ethic garage next to the po have started selling flagons of Sam's cider, it's awesome, you may find their shelves temporarily depleted though.

    Cool Brembo

    Thanks Mel and Paul.

The Bremby Dog lives to fight another day (well, hopefully, lots of days)!

I was really quite worried and this little pooch keeps putting me through it.

Started to go downhill yesterday. Obviously not comfortable and doubled up in pain.

Every time we go through this, I sort of play act the vet visit in my mind where they say, "Now's the time to let her go" and I turn into a blubbering wreck, picturing the scene of that needle going in and her breathing her last breath.

But.....all major functions are okay. It's a water infection again. So we have the anti-biotics and I'm hoping she'll be perking up tomorrow.

Thanks again for your kind thoughts, chaps and I've passed your best wishes onto Brem.

How you doing over there, PaulyBoy?

This wouldn't be whilst wearing a T shirt that says "I live in France I do" would it?
