    Help ! Main spring

    I am in need of a mainspring, with 18mm od the only thing that looks like it might work is one for a Norica Dragon, but I cant find anywhere that has them other than a place in portugal , any Ideas .

    This is the hardest part of the puzzle at the moment

    I think protec changed their specs, now advertised 19mm
    Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.

    There's an 18mm on here.....says to fit heavy gem rifles??

    Thanks for the above , I have a NO11 in at the moment, and its a little close for comfort once compressed , I have a long stroke so the expansion is quite significant , it shoots nicely but the last bit off the cocking stroke is naff, and it wont do anything for the consistency either .

    Thanks , basically its a No 11 Titan, but with a smaller outside diameter , so I guess the wire gauge will have to go down , as the spring guide is a little on the thin side already, I will get the measuring stick out

    I ordered one each of all of the round section ones.. some interesting sizes, always good to have when restoring older guns

    Also old style Mk2 TX steel spring guides for £5.50 too

    I have one here that I've written Original M5 on it that must have come from chambers.
    It's 18.2mm outer and 13mm inner and 230mm long and 30 coils.
