Luckily we had a club member heavily involved in his local community centre. We just had to persuade him, with threats of violence and my jokes, and bingo!

l emailed Ian a few days ago asking for 2 tables, l had an email back from Ian asking me to comfirm 2 tables which l did, but l have heard nothing scince.
