    Another vote from Orkney, admittedly a long way from Maidenhead. Towns need more green spaces not less. Playing fields are disappearing all over the place, if I dragged my old bones down to the pitch I used as a youth for a bit of 3 and in, I'd find myself in a small housing estate, probably in someones living room.

    Local council tried to shut the indoor club at a community centre next to me , because they wanted the building.
    It all fell through when they found out it was the only part of the community centre making any money .

    We have 3 months left on our lease and they wont renew. The school doesnt even have plannimg permission yet so turf isnt going to be broken for 12 to 24 months.
    Go figure because I sure as hell cant work it out
