    Morini 162e battery

    Morning peeps

Bought a couple new Varta V74px of of a well known Internet seller for under a fiver each. So that wasn't as difficult as some have suggested.

Before this the LED in the basement of the grip didn't work and I assumed it was broken.

When I replaced it with a new one hey presto! It now works. I tested the old one which was putting out 8v, so I'm guessing that if the voltage drops below a certain amount the battery is deemed low power.

Is the purpose of the LED to affirm a circuit or to test the battery? As a note the trigger was still working with the original low battery.

    Many thanks

When it's on the light should flash intermittently,as the battery runs down the light flashes less frequently
