    What to choose on budget?

Hi guys I am just getting back into the game but don't know where to start, which is the best way to go 'cheapish' but not crap with rifles?

    Air or smalbore?

If smallbore, buy second hand. There aren't any cheap options, bar the Anschutz Match 64, which is a lightweight.

If you are talking 'Air' - then choose a 2nd hand but well looked after SSP. No charging gear,no retests and very easy to use.

Look at FWB,Walther, Anschutz. Nothing finer in a SSP

Try your local club, you can get started with club guns at no expense and it'll give you chance to see whats perhaps available secondhand from club members.
