What did you buy at Melbourne??

    Hi all

So what did everyone buy at Mlebourne yesterday??

Here's what I came home with!!

    .22 Original mod 50

    .22 Webley Falcon

    .177 BSA Meteor mk2

    Compartmented box of Webley spares

    HW35 Luxus stock

Apel reach back mount for one of my Mercury's or Airsporters

Stock for a Gem resto (Saved me having to mnake one!!)

Trigon pellets to go in the box with the Trigon rifle that Binners put forward as a prize for the raffle back in spring

Apart from that I bought a coffee and two beef salad sarnies!!

Can't wait for the next one even though i'd made up my mind not to buy any more guns for the sake of matrimonial calm!!

    Cheers, John

Great catch John, that Original 50 is the pick of the bunch for me. Are you going to keep as is, or do any mods?

Hi john, I haven't had chance to try it yet but it looks and feels quite nice, bit modern for me but my grandson's got his eye on it.
I'm pleased you like the A.W. knife, I'm well pleased with it, been after one for a long time.
    P.M.sent, thanks again.

I picked up a Haenel 303-Super, needs a bit of work to tidy up the stock and need to find some front diopter elements. Should be in the pub with it in a couple of weeks though.

Other half picked up a cheap Cometa 22 in .177. Shoots surprisingly well and will probably be her bell target shooter.

Also a BSA Cadet stock and breech seal for a Cadet Major project.

Was a good day out and looking forward to the next one!

    Hi Dutch

I didn't post the others as they weren't Webley related!
