Personally I would go for the larger Chinese one. The one from USA is really too small unless you are cleaning a few 9mm pistol cases. The drum diameter is 6", this is quite possibly outside diameter, wall thickness of the rubber drums is about 3/8th so not much room for 308 type cases when it's already half full of pins.

What's wrong with the Chinese one? Almost any machine you now buy will have a motor made in China/India or some place.

If a company orders a hundred or so motors, scopes, etc. from China they will badge them up how you want - When they are retailed in the UK they are marked up 500% or so.

These rock tumblers are designed for continuous running, polishing rocks they are left going for days at a time with very abrasive media.

Mini arbour press - $26 direct from China

£194 retail from Amazon UK - exactly the same press, made in the same factory. Sold under several names.

I routinely buy from china with no problems.

I have both a tumbler and ultrasonic cleaner which I find adequate.
One day I will make a Ss wet tumbler .
I bought some citric acid from the bay and followed the advice from cast boolits etc and was not impressed by the results to be fair....maybe they are different strengths of the acid who knows
