An issue of this fine publication will keep you going for anywhere between a good few hours (one intensive hit - something I'd never get the chance to do) and two weeks-ish (more like me - in-between work, family, doggy, BBS, chores and even some shooting when I get the chance ).

So, FAR better value and much more educational.

    Now go buy one!

One thing I must have overlooked on one of the early pages was the Gamo break barrel, multishot that has a magazine fed system, just enough to get you thinking, no other news on it.

    Anyone else see it ?

Just how it should be...like a TX or a 77. Did you keep the scope though ?
Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.

Unfortunately the scope went back to kahles, I've arranged to loan it to someone in Brazil, so hopefully it'll be on its way there soon

    I enjoyed reading that, Matt.

Mr Calpin's FT series is an excellent read too. Without doubt invaluable to the FT newcomer. And even the experienced, as it's always good to go back over things, be reminded or break bad habits etc. Always plenty of tips and information that we can all relate to our individual "discipline", even if not competing in FT. Very enjoyable.

Glad you enjoyed my little bit, I'll admit I am no writer but I am glad it came across ok.

Martins articles are interesting and as you say if people can take little bits away and use them in their own shooting situations then it's all good. I keep meaning to do an article about standing shooting, I wrote a barebones piece a while ago and it's on various websites but it needs fleshing out somewhat.
