Bell target

I've never given bell target a go and we don't have one at our club. I think it's time...

How easy is it to find a target and will it be cost prohibitive?

Red Bob on here makes a v nice Bell Target.

I have a couple.
One for Best as they are so well made.

You could also try City Air Weapons in Solihull. They sell a ready made bell target for £140 + postage. It's on their web site under 'Accessories'.

I purchased one of Red Bobs bell targets, Superb quality and spot on service, it was very nicely finished, almost a shame to shoot at it, but I did and have been ever since, I would happily recomend both the targets and the seller,

Another vote for Bob from me - his targets are superb and he also makes a version with an illuminated hood as well.

We have 5 of them and use them in the RMTC range and at home - highly recommended - and at a very good price too!

I couldn't agree more; I've recently re-joined my old club and I seem to be the only person shooting 10M air pistol

I think one of Red Bob's bell targets might just be the thing to get a few more members interested in shooting airguns

.22 prone rifle shooters can be miserable buggers who cannot see the point of shooting anything else. Luckily they are not like that at my club.

Is there a tradition of using dedicated bell target rifles, if so what models are most appropriate?

I use my fwb 601 for 10m but if alteration of sights is required for 6 yards I may look for a dedicated Bell target gun.

hi all, many thanks for the kind recommendations.
im still on here but lurking in the shadows
i will be seeing binns and Bernard in proteks for the
friday cuppa; even my daughters like a trip to "ye oldde gun shop"
apparently those genuine m1 bomber jackets are all the rage and proteks had
the real macoy on the racks.
picked up a nice old lp3 the other week in there for a £100 hiding under a shelf ,only
missing its original rearsight which i overcame with a converted gammo one.
even in its very well used state its a great little pistol to shoot.
