Moderator information required.

I have a Beretta 92FS in pellet form and thought about putting a moderator on it. The original 1/2" thread adaptor is £25 but J S Ramsbottom have a GunTuff copy for £9.99. Will this be ok? And can I just use my spare Deben whisper moderator or does it need to be a specific pistol mod?

I bought a gun tuff adapter for my CP88 & it didn't sit on the muzzle correctly. So the moderator was wonky & clipping.
After messing about with thin bits of stuff to try & secure it straight I gave up & bought another from Pellpax which is a better fit & works fine.

Can I use rifle moderators though? Or do I need to order one with the adaptor?

You can and it will work better than a short pistol one.
But it may interfere with your sight view.
