Corrective eye wear while using a rifle scope??

Hope I can have some more helpful advice please.

I often see prone, 3P and 10M pistol and rifle shooters using shooting glasses. However, I rarely (perhaps never) have seen bench rest shooters using rifle scopes wearing prescription type shooting glasses.

What's the reason for this? Is it that the scope is doing the corrective job of a lens and therefore there is no need for the glasses?

    Thanks

    Simon

Think you have answered your own question.
Scopes do indeed have diopter correction.
