    I came 2nd!!!!!

    Or was it 5th....

Ok so it was a bit snug... as Charles said, with a bit of tweaking we may shoot like this occasionally, only real problem i see is finding new ways to trick you lot!

That was a good score Kevin! Not all easy targets, there were a few rangetraps that worked really well, i actually laughed out loud when i took a look at them!

Wind didn't show! It was mean't to be 17mph...

A lot of people missed the Fairy (including me) to the left.... bit strange as when i went up there after the shoot the wind was the other way....

There was some crap in the way but not really anything you couldn't see easily (apart from the asst stander, eh Justin...)

    Happy new year Guys XX

Well, that's set the benchmark for the rest of 2017 - a great course, excellent company (thanks Graeme and Aaron ), and banter of the highest order.

Thanks to Charles, Mike and the rest of the team at Mile Oak - that was without doubt the very best way to spend New Year's Day.

See you chaps at Cambridge next week

Many thanks Oakies. An interesting and different course. Certainly caught me out - quite a bit! Thanks for making the effort. Clearly, a lot of work had gone into making that possible!

Very best wishes for the New Year,

Thanks Oakies for the new firing line and course, great fun. Really enjoyed the mornings shoot, great start to 2017.

Mike, if there was crap in the way on the supported stander I didn't hit it (checked after the shoot), I was just crap on that target, a doughnut OMG.

Well done Mr Hills on your new PB, told you peg 5 was nasty.

    See you at Cambridge

My pleasure Mr Hills .... just glad to be the catalyst in you shooting well , i wont take any credit for your outstanding score lol , I on the other hand shot like a right nugget , no excuses just shot crap , still really enjoyed it though and also really enjoyed not having to walk up and down that god forsaken hill .

Thanks Charles and the rest of the Oaks crew for a VERY enjoyable way to start the new year .

Im sure I read somewhere that spongey said that he would clear it, as it was that easy

Im glad I got the old boinger out today and not that awful pcp thing (for sale if anybody is that way inclined)

With a little bit of fettling here and there the all new 30 shot Oakie woods will be a thing others can only dream of

    old skool rules !

Spongey might have cleared it if there wasn't a free stander on the course and an easy fairy (you know, the one he put out)!
