    Airguns in Movies

My first proper post ie Thread so here goes :
Was watching the recent Bond series on the tv . Watched these many many times .
Now that I am airgun crazy ...they keep popping out at me ....its driving me nuts .

Like when Bond ( in Goldfinger ) gets 'darted' by Pussy Galore in the plane - its a Webley !
    Or
when Bond is luvved up with Maryam D'Abo at a Fairground stall ( The Living Daylights ) he is seen shooting a ..... Haenal - best guess a 49 / 49a only cos I used to have one years ago
Or - and in the same movie
the arms dealer's trays of weird illegal guns under his tabletop wargames scenario - I saw a Crosman Backpacker pneumatic ( with about 20 pieces of special effects add-ons glued over it )
    Or
BSA Scorpion airpistols used by the Octupossy assasins .....

Is this a collecting theme or do I need to start taking those pills again

How about the Skan used by Jason Bourne in 'The Bourne Supermacy' ??? Fantastic film and (having once had a play with one), a fantastic air gun, too.

Its the gun JB is holding and aiming from the roof top towards Landi in the office opposite, during the scene where he phones her, and freaks her out when she realises he is watching her. FANTASTIC scene -- fantastic trilogy of films.

    airguns in movies

How about, 'A Christmas Story' "a daisy Red Ryder 200 shot carbine, with a compass and a thing in the stock to tell the time". I laugh when ever I see that film. With the classic line "Ralphie, you'll shoot your eye out".

I remember seeing a BSA supersport in Kes, used by the boy to shoot songbirds to feed his kestrel.
