    I think i did so badly because you depress me..

    I can handle a couple of hours with you once a month, when i am on some of Sossiges pain meds, but Sunday was more than any man could reasonably take, what with mopping up your tears every five minutes, helping you with ranges, helping you up off the floor and general carer, was nearly too much! (it wasn't the SEALS it was the PARAS dopey..)

    Looking forward to pay back next Sunday!

    Sadly being just a chuckle it was more like a brisk walk, had it been a full on belly laugh then yes it would be like a full weeks exercise to me

    As to the friction sores you were right, the vaseline works far better than the talc
