Diana 52 open/diopter sights

Found my S410 was making me a lazy shooter so got out the Diana 52.
Took off the scope and went back to basics with open sights.
I have got to say even in .22 it was fun at 25 yards using RWS Hobby pellets.
My question is can I improve my shooting by fitting better open/diopter sights.
If so can anyone recommend any?

Not sure there's anything you can readily replace the stock front sight with. Though if you are handy you could cut it down and modify it to take a match style front sight.

There is of course a Diana diopter (as seen on the 66, 75, etc) that would fit perfectly.

Or the Williams sporting peep sight - though I strongly recommend the older ones with click adjustments. The current ones are a bit crude.

The Chinese/Gamo diopters you can find for twenty quid aren't very good, and I would not trust them on any kind of springer.

Williams sports peep sight (as suggested). Ive got a set fitted on my HW30, as have a few other club members, for 10m target shooting.

Good advice above. If you don't mind using your standard foresight then a Diana 60 or early 75 diopter would be a good choice.for getting you up and running quickly. Diopter for the later model 75 T01 are a different fitment. A centre ring element tends to be used with a diopter but your post can be useful if your shooting at a variation of target types at varied ranges. I'm shooting an Anschutz 335s with a Williams and simple post foresight and I quite like it.
A replacement foresight unit for the 52 is/was available in the US which allowed replaceable centre ring elements etc to be used. Worth searching out if you are really fancying a diopter or Williams sight.

Where should I start looking to pick up a set of sights?
I have seen one or two on *bay but in pieces or from Bulgaria?

I picked my last Sports Peep sight off that there internet web sight. If fact several of our members bought theirs at the same time.
