Has anyone heard from Nick recently?

I haven't seen him on for a while.

Wow - snow. Would have been warmer in Middlebrough!! I was just surprised when you referred to Jimbo as "the little one" he must be nigh on 7ft now the way he's growing . Aaron will be in Sunderland Weds to Sat, maybe a meet up in store ?

Hay Chris, that's a weird break! Unless you were in the Basque country.
A break is a break though, did you stay up to see the sunrise?
I think you and me (and possibly mel) probably better do another all nighter June bash? It was a craic.

And happy belated birthday from me, Graeme.

Sounds like you had a lovely time in good company.

Those simple little pleasures are moments to treasure, mate.

Do you think you may be able to convince Donald and Clanchief to come on a road trip to The Hollow?[/QUOTE]

Thanks Tony.... yes it was a really enjoyable session at the range having a 'jolly old plink' with a few springers, TX200HC.177, HW 25.177, Anschutz 335.22.
In addition there was the HW35 with the wee pistol scope that Donald refers to in his thread 'Scout style scope positioning' in this section, plus the 80 that he tweaked along with his trusty old Vulcan and his recently acquired HW100 which is absolutely clinical in it's accuracy.

Donald is really keen and up furra trip tae the Bash but as far as know is unable to make the April one but the June one might be on the cards. Haven't spoken to Clanchief yet but it would be guid tae have a 'Caledonian Contingent' descend on the Hollow.

    Cheers, Graeme

Its the little differences isn't it?

"Guid" sounds like its pronounced like "good" in English, but it must be a very different definition!

    Just to whet your appetite

Just been having a rummage around my camera this evening, and found these forgotten pics from 4th Sept 2016.

    https://www.dropbox.com/sh/qhujg09m8...yGNzBNSIa?dl=0

They were taken around 1.30 am.
Can't remember much after that time.........i had been force fed whiskey mac's (thanks Dave), and copious ammounts of "Cleary Juice"
Not to mention a couple bottles of wine before hand, shared with Gwyn
    What a brilliant night...I think

    Are we nearly there yet?

Looking at those pics I'm of the opinion that they're are obviously "Two Halves" to a Spring Bash !

The daytime "shooting bit", great BUT then there's the "night time festivities" an area of which to date I have not taken part in......Yet !

I will seek to remedy that situation maybe not in April but in the Summer !

Sounds like an excelent session indeed, Graeme, and a nice mix of modern / clinical and classics.

Be great to see you again and it'll certainly be something extra-special if you can make the group visit happen!
