Air Arms Pro Target?

A friend of mine has a near mint Air Arms Pro Target in a left hand stock (hens teeth comes to mind) that he doesn't use any more and so is looking to sell it. It has a very slight leak from somewhere. Neither he nor I have any idea about how much this would be worth, so any input would be appreciated.

No scope or accessories.

I bought a left handed pro target from Keenes gunshop for £350, I then bought a R/H EV2 stock for £100, I still have the L/H stock.

I sold a nice PT about 1 year ago on here for £500
It had a 16 mm Dan Brown barrel and the mk3 reg
It was also fully air tight and had had the reg serviced
The mk 3 reg helps sell the rifle and a gauge plus quickfil on cylinder add to value
So I would fix the leak and try at £450
