    Pricing of airgun

Hi all I'm new to all this and would like some thoughts and opinions on pricing guns. I have a hw77 mrk2
It's complete and in pretty good condition and in a new 97kt stock. I understand thes can be desirable due
To the 25mm piston and wanted some thoughts on the matter it's from 1987

    Welcome along firstly....

Keep it and do some home tuning on it de burr de grease polish and regrease, then use it it will be amazing.
(Tinbum on here does a great kit for them)

As for value wise i just got one in ok condition for £135.

    So maybe £230 or so.

Some experts will be along soon to put me right im sure.

it's the field target extended barrel it's like a anti tank gun and is a bit long for me I was going to but it up for sale or strip it down and sell the parts individually as I'm saving up for a pro sport. I was wondering which would be the better method to sell the thing. I guess I try around the price mark you have suggested or bundle some extras in and put it up a bit. Cheers for the thoughts

Cheers for the reply I'll aim for the £240 mark or add some bits and price a little higher i.e. Scope silencer and pellets plus target. I always find it hard putting a price on things. I believe it's had tuning work already done and it does shoot well. I outshot a 97kt at the range today at 60 yards testing the gun out for the first time which I was chuffed about.

Sounds like its shooting rather nice for an anti tank gun...

Search on here for 25mm hw77 to see what they sold for first before selling it.

Mines the long rifle type too, but its stripped at the moment as it was abit hot 13.9 fpe, i actually wanted one for ages.

    Good luck buddy

    Thumbs up

Mine was confirmed by Herr Weihrauch as being made in 1983 and is a 25mm piston but is bog standard!

I bought it from the sales forum on here a few years ago!!

Watch out, Tony's up and about

Forget what Tony says and buy the Prosport, then go to Quigley Hollow and watch Tony's poor little face drop when you hand him something decent

Far too many rifles to list now, all mainly British but the odd pesky foreigner has snuck in

Northampton in the midlands just south of Birmingham if I had the money to buy the pro sport outright I would keep it but with the kids taking up all the money have to sell a few. I sold my 95k already and was hoping I could keep the 77 but more money is needed those pro sports aren't cheap
