    My first post, I hope I am doing this correctly

    Hello,
    I am a girl who acquired an A.F. Stoeger 1925 Webley scott air pistol with walnut grips.
    I am having a very hard time posting my first 5 posts, and need some pointers
    It may be my computer, as every time I try to go to the "correct" page, I get google ads! I don't like that, and am confused.
    Anyone?

    Welcome Carol (from Wisconsin ?), your Webley must be like the Stoeger one below I repaired and blued for a well known member on here. It was completely in the "white" metal finish when I got it.

    TN? Until you bookmark the page, just google 'airgunbbs' and the listing should give you 'airgunbbs.com'. Select that and you're in. Most general airgun chat utilises the 'General Airgun' section (obviously ) but you can see from the other headings what is contained in each section. Take the time to read the stickies at the beginning of each section; not only will you learn a lot from these, but you won't fall foul of the 'dreaded' moderators. Be aware when you are reading stuff on here, that here in the UK we are limited to 12 ft.lb muzzle energy for air rifles and 6 ft.lb for pistols, something that won't apply to you.
    Unfortunately google ads are everywhere, it's very difficult to avoid them.

    Hi Carol welcome to the forum, do a search for "adblocker" free program & download it & install to your pc ,should stop most of those pesky ads.
