That is definitely the thick end, but yep, £175 to £200 for a standard mint Mercury .177 with a few bits and a box is, imho, where the money should be.

I've just picked up a Mercury today. It's almost mint. Must have been in someones cupboard and hardly used. Nikko sterling 4x40 silver crown period scope on it. That's almost mint as well. It's all in bits now, just to check the internals are as good as the outside, and yes they are!!! It was chronied at 10.9, so when I've finished tinkering, it should be over 11. Price? Does £80 sound good?
