    Original Pistol Scope

    I've bought a small optic marked 1.5 15, Number 5,coated, fixed reticule,yes "reticule".

There doesn't appear to be any information on the subject available online.

Does anyone know, which company would have made these and what sort of period in time?.

If "Original" is the brand then it's what a Diana/Original dealer would have offered, and is almost certainly Japanese of 70s/80s vintage. Well built and usable but best mated up to a Diana/Original gun for "period" collectibility purposes.
**WANTED**: WEBLEY PATRIOT MUZZLE END; Any Diana/Original mod.50 parts, especially OPEN SIGHTS

Ah,Made in Japan, that might explain the spelling.
When you look through it you can make out a sniper post reticle in the distance.

Seems like it's been in the wars, objects viewed through it actually appear further away.
    Still,it looks nice .

I'd have thought the Japanese would side with us in any future conflict .
